Anne Porter of the Rotary Club of Uppingham, has expressed her wish to raise funds, primarily for Dove Cottage Day Hospice, Rutland, plus other local charities. Anne is a very courageous 86 year-old great-grandmother who is aiming to raise the funds by making her first Sky Dive from 10,000ft above Old Sarum; she seeks your support to achieve her objective for this very worthwhile local charity.
If you are able to support her, please make a donation to help her realise her ambition.

Pimms & Strawberries
Which was held on Saturday 8th July at the Dove Cottage Hospice in Ridlington. The Pimm’s flowed, the sun shone and the wonderful Rutland Morris Men entertained us. It was such a lovely Open Afternoon. Friends old and new meeting and enjoying an afternoon tea provided by the volunteers.
Thanks to Rutland Morris men for the fun, The Rotary for car parking and everyone who worked so hard to make it a success. Also a huge thank you to those who came and helped us to raise around £600 to boost our funds. All of Dove Cottage’s services are provided free of charge offering day care to those living with a life limiting illness.
