Our services at Dove Cottage Day Hospice are important. Our aim is to provide the following day care services for patients with supportive and palliative care needs, living with advanced progressive life-limiting illness.
Our day care services are available Monday – Thursday every week, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. We have a high carer/guest ratio and there are always highly qualified nurses on duty, who specialise in palliative care. Carer and family support services are available each Friday.

Making A Referral
Many people prefer to contact us directly but referrals are received from many sources, including:- GPs, District Nurses, Social Workers, Macmillan Nurses, Churches and other agencies.
